Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What are your business hours?

    Our office hours are 9.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday. 


     We can usually accommodate quote and survey appointments  8.00 am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Our fitters also work during this time.

  • How long are lead times?

    Depending on the product and the manufacturer, lead times will vary. If you would like a more specific lead time for a certain product, please contact the office and will will get an accurate lead time from that supplier for you. 

  • How do I make payment?

    We ask all payments be made by BACS to the account detailed on our invoices. We do also accept cheque payments. Unfortunately we cannot take payments over the phone. 

  • What is the aftercare package?

    We have a substantial aftercare package for all products, but some of our manufacturers offer an extended product guarantee than others. For more details regarding specific products, please contact the office and we would be happy to give you more information. 

  • What areas do you operate in?

    We operate predominantly in South and East Kent areas, but are happy to travel around Kent and into areas of London. 

  • Where are you based?

    We are based in Dover, Kent. 

  • Are the products pre-made?

    A few our our products can be purchased in stock sizes, such as the rooflights, which can be cost effective and be delivered in a shorter time. 


    Most of our products are made to order to specific sizes, and so the manufacturing process can take several weeks. 

  • Are you products both internal and external?

    All of our products are designed and manufactured for external use, but should you like to have an internal item, it might be that we can suggest certain specifications which would be more suited.

  • What glass options are available?

    Many of our products can be made with a variety of different glass. These include but are not limited to: triple glazing, opaque, toughened, patterned, thermally efficient. 


    Some of these glass type may incur a surcharge, so please ask for a comparison quote if you are considering options  so you can make an informed decision as to the cost of different glass types. 

  • What colour options are there?

    Most of our products come with a choice of colour. As we use multiple manufacturers, some items may have more of a choice than others. Certain colours may only be available at extra cost, so it may be worth enquiring about stock colours during your consultation with us.
